Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful,

The Wi-Fi was very bad. Not recommended if you’re a remote worker. I couldn’t even take a single meeting that didn’t cut out. I had to hotspot off my phone. The location is close to the vibrant areas, but it’s at the end of the street so a lot of people cat calling while entering hotel I felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened while entering and exiting the hotel

Fabulous hotel

The staff were amazing in this hotel. My room was nice and clean & thank you for the house keeping. The breakfast was tasty with fruit, eggs and break served each morning. Thanks to the staff for organising a trip for me and helping to organise taxis. This hotel has a lovely charm and is in a very quiet area.

A pretty courtyard hotel in a fantastic location, offering good value for money.

The breakfast included was tasty and filling, always with delicious fresh juices. The hotel was very cute, loved the courtyard views. The rooftop had an amazing view with lots of places to sit, plus there was a small pool which we used a few times.

The wifi was very spotty. The power went out several times while we were there, which was not the hotel's fault, however our room was right beneath the generator and one night did feel like we were sleeping in a construction site due to the noise.

The room location and breakfast was nice.

Do not try to check in before 3pm...no breaks on that ..some people..the breakfast waitress was nice..front desk did not feel welcome..afraid to ask for anything..I never did deal with them, because I felt like an intruder.the facility was nice after 1month traveling needed ac and hot showers alittle too expensive for long periods...

Close to everything, in a historical building

The location, perfectly situated in Getsemaní and only 15 min walk to the historic center of Cartagena. Also the nice colonial building. Cute little pool.

The standard room is quite small and dark. There was a musty smell.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient, typical eggs, toast and fruit. I was able to leave my luggage in a storage room prior to check-in.

There wasn't much shade if you wanted to sit outdoors. I did not use the pool. I stayed on a Saturday night and it was extremely noisy into the early morning hours. I knew there would be noise from the neighborhood/bars, but the hotel is also near a busy road/intersection with cars frequently honking horns. Despite advising in advance that I was arriving in the morning, I was not able to check into the room at any time before their standard 3pm time. Given that checkout is at 12pm, that they could have prioritized cleaning the room so that it was available earlier.

A good overall stay, really enjoyed some aspects, but need to focus on customer service!

- roof terrace with pool - nicely decorated - lovely spacious and cool room - tasty breakfast

- reception staff were not very friendly or helpful - noisy road (car alarm going off for two hours one night too) - we actually got engaged during our stay here, but not one staff member said congratulations when we told them or reacted at all (maybe it was lost in translation…)

The bed was very comfortable. The staff tried to be very helpful.

No common area. The pool area was not as nice as pictured. I think because the cushions were not out, no rain in sight. Breakfast is only till 9:30. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable

Good place to stay in Cartegena

The location in Getsemani was excellent. The room was a bit small, we weren't sure if it was the one we booked, however it was clean and comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but did use the upstairs deck. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Pleasant short stay venue in CTG

Nice quaint Colonial style setting with lovely Spanish style atrium courtyards around which rooms are arranged on 2 levels. ONE of these is where breakfast is served by attentive waitress. Helpful staff. Walk away from rest of Getsemani and 15 min walk into the Historic Center (the Walled City).

It may have been my particular room only, but it was bare bones, just the absolute essential just fine for one night. My TV didn't work. But it didn't matter for my short stay. The AC was hard to control. It's location at the corner edge of Getsemani feels a bit sketchy but the hotel itself is safe.

Lovely place to discover Cartagena!

The hotel is very conveniently located in a super nice part of the town so you will have all the amenities at walking distance. The structure and facilities inside are really nice and well maintained and the good point is that the hotel has power 24 hours a day and hot water in the shower 24 hours a day. The swimming pool on the rooftop is also a plus!

We would suggest putting a boiler for hot water in the room, people like us who are very much coffee addicted and need a coffee as soon as awake would love having the chance to make their own coffee in the room.

Good

Value for money is unfortunately not good. Rather expensive for low quality rooms and services (furniture is not of good quality, not nicely decorated, no complementary water or something similar). We had trouble with the toilet and the staff were unfortunately not helpful/solution oriented either and blamed issues on us. We did not get instruction/information in the bathroom on what to keep in mind when using the bathroom so we were not aware that we were not allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet (something completely new to us as first time traveling to South America and not used to it in our home country). Very disappointing.

Not a luxury hotel - we felt like we got the worst room of all, dark, almost zero daylight, outdated bathroom. One plug for the whole room (including bathroom which was without hairdryer).
